The mail must go thru- so what does it take to stop mail delivery?
We have seen them deliver the mail through blizzards, high winds and hot spells: the letter carriers usually make it through.
But along one Superior- Wade Park area mail route, something else stopped the postman from delivering his letters.
On the stretch of Cleveland's East Boulevard, mail service slowed for four days when the postal service stopped 80 door-to-door deliveries after someone robbed the letter carrier.
A spokesman said the Postal Service would like to have dropped notes in mailboxes, saying there would be no mail delivery to the 80 residents. However, to do that would have required a mail delivery. http://www.newsnet5.com/news/5032974/detail.htmlJust when I think that I have seen the most depraved things a human can do to another human, somebody posts a new story...........
Why is it that when a custodial parent fails to provide for a child it is called neglect and is a criminal matter. But when a non custodial parent fails to provide it is called failure to support and is a civil matter?
