This is the Bosma murder trial discussion thread.

Please post your comments here, and at all times, keep in mind Websleuths TOS, so affectionately referred to as The Rules.

There will be ZERO TOLERANCE for snarky or disrespectful posts and/or subtle digs at other members. Mods will not be pm'ing you, you will find your post has disappeared, or that you can no longer post.

There is to be NO name calling or name variations, not even of the accused.

There is to be no BICKERING between members. A difference of opinion is NOT a TOS violation. Some will think one or both of the accused are guilty, some will think one or both are not guilty, and some will be on the fence. All of that is okay and should NOT BE ATTACKED. If you disagree, that's fine, move past the post. If a post is offensive, alert it and let the Mods review it. If you respond to the post, both the offensive post AND yours will be removed and may result in other consequences.

A man who was selling a truck similar to Tim Bosma's testifies Thursday

Igor Tumemenkov takes the stand today. Two men came to see his truck and he went with them on a test drive. Tumemenkov was the man who told police that one of the men had a tattoo of the word "ambition."

He spoke to police on May 8 about a phone call he got about the truck. He got a call about his truck on Friday, May 3. He didn't answer the 647 number calling because he didn't know the number.

It was black and a diesel, like Bosma's. He had it for sale on autotrader.

Don't think so. It doesn't look like they're going to get into the prior activities at the hangar in this trial. They really don't need to get bogged down with that. There is enough evidence for first degree without all the sordid background stuff.
