This is the Bosma murder trial discussion thread.

Please post your comments here, and at all times, keep in mind Websleuths TOS, so affectionately referred to as The Rules.

There will be ZERO TOLERANCE for snarky or disrespectful posts and/or subtle digs at other members. Mods will not be pm'ing you, you will find your post has disappeared, or that you can no longer post.

There is to be NO name calling or name variations, not even of the accused.

There is to be no BICKERING between members. A difference of opinion is NOT a TOS violation. Some will think one or both of the accused are guilty, some will think one or both are not guilty, and some will be on the fence. All of that is okay and should NOT BE ATTACKED. If you disagree, that's fine, move past the post. If a post is offensive, alert it and let the Mods review it. If you respond to the post, both the offensive post AND yours will be removed and may result in other consequences.

Note: Only testimony that is published through MSM reporting (articles and tweets) is allowed. Keep discussion focused on testimony as it becomes public knowledge and remember to link up to MSM reporting of same.

Any testimony that might remain under Publication Ban, and any courtroom discussion that takes place when the jury is not present, is strictly off-limits.

The principle of innocent until proven guilty is for the court room it is not required that Websleuths members adhere to that principle. Members are allowed to discuss, speculate, theorize, and judge according to opinions they develop from following the specifics of the case.

Tim Bosma's last phone calls: trial day 8

Tim Bosma never returned after going on a test drive with two men who said they were interested in buying his truck.

On Thursday in a Hamilton courtroom jurors will hear more about Tim Bosma's last phone calls and the path prosecutors allege his killers took on the night he died.

Court resumes at 10 a.m. Thursday.

Just wanted to say I really appreciate seeing the pic of Tim at the beginning of each thread. Holding his baby girl with that smile on his face speaks a thousand words as to what kind of human being he was, and what Sharlene and the Bosma family lost when he was brutally taken away. Hoping for justice for Tim & the Bosma family.

Here's a look at another exhibit. After the trailer carrying Bosma's truck opened up on the highway on the way to an OPP forensic analysis facility, the trailer was secured by police with this wire.

Doesn't look very secure, sheesh.

We're now looking at communications and locations for the early morning of Tuesday, May 7 near MIllard's farm and the Millard Air hangar at the Waterloo airport.

There are two Rogers towers in the area. At 12:12 a.m., Millard's phone pinged off a tower close to Millard Air. Then at 12:29, it pings off another tower further south, closer to the farm.

At 12:30 a.m., Millard's phone was pinging off the tower nearest to the farm. Then by 5:55 a.m., Millard's phone was pinging off the tower closer to the hangar again. There were two texts sent to Shane Schlatman and Arthur Jennings - Jennings testified Millard sent a text that morning telling him not to come to work.
