I just looked in The News Journal, the most widely distributed/read newspaper in Delaware, and there is nothing written about him missing :(. Maybe tomorrow.

Bumping. I hope he's found okay. This hits home for me since my immediate family is military.

The William V. Roth bridge is a beautiful and very high bridge on a major road in Delaware. I wonder exactly where the car was found.

His parents are on this page. His father states last communication was with a friend on Sunday, Superbowl Sunday, and two people were arguing with him. No confirmation on who those people are at this time. Father in route to DE from Japan. Search planned as soon as father on the ground. Locals from the base and from community have been searching.

Senior Airman Keifer Huhman, 21, was reported missing earlier this week after he didn't report for duty with the 436th Communications Squadron on Monday morning. Huhman has been stationed at Dover Air Base for the past three and half years, and lives in an apartment off Kearsey Court in Dover. He was last seen there between 6 and 6:30 p.m. Sunday.

Huhman's mother, a Hope Mills resident, said her son was supposed to meet friends for a Superbowl party on Sunday, but didn't show

Military do NOT think he is AWOL. His apartment was trashed, sofa turned over. Works for cyber warfare.

During the aerial search, Detectives say they learned that the truck was towed by the Delaware State Police from the shoulder of the William V. Roth, Jr. Bridge, which spans the C&D Canal, on Sunday night around 10:00 PM. That prompted an aerial search of the canal and surrounding areas, along a search via maritime units from Delaware State Police, and Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control. The truck is reportedly being processed for evidence by the Dover Police Department.
Police say, despite the discovery of the truck and its location, they, along with DAFB Office of Special Investigations, are continuing the investigation as a missing person's case, with assistance from the Delaware State Police and DNREC Police.

The Dover Police Department, assisted by the Delaware State Police Aviation Unit, conducted an extensive aerial search throughout Kent County for the truck that Huhman was last seen in. During the aerial search, detectives learned that the truck was towed by the Delaware State Police from the shoulder of the William V. Roth, Jr. Bridge which spans the C&D Canal, on Sunday night at approximately 10:00PM.
With this information, the Dover Police Department, with the Delaware State Police Aviation Unit, conducted an aerial search of the canal and surrounding areas. The Delaware State Police and Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) have deployed their maritime units to search the area. The Dover Police Department is also processing the truck for evidence.

"The last any of his friends saw him was Sunday at 4:44 their time,” recalls Smith.
The airman was last seen at his apartment complex near Dover Air Force base in Delaware.
Red flags went up when Huhman didn't show up for work on the base.
"His commander said he was a hard worker, and that he came to work on time,” said Smith, making his mysterious disappearance all the more disturbing.
Smith believes her grandson would have reached out to her if he could.
Huhman's 1997 Ford Ranger is missing, and investigators say his Delaware apartment was ransacked. Smith says his credit cards haven't been used and he hasn't used his cell phone in days.

The family has created a Facebook page, SrA Keifer Huhman Missing Since 07 February 2016, to share and gather information. Thursday morning, Kiefer’s mother made a plea to the community.
“Day 4. Still no Keifer Huhman,” the Facebook post reads. “My heart aches. I want to hold my son. Let us keep the race and not lose faith. ‪#BringKeiferHome‬.”

My thoughts and prayers go out to Senior Airman Huhman's friends and family. For the record, the way that the military is handling this, i.e. press release and the way that his apartment was left speaks volumes to me. Not to mention what field he works in.
