Circumstances: MP left his residence on 7/28/2015 8:00 am, near state line traveling on U.S. 78 east of Muscadine with a cousin who lives in Douglasville, Ga. HE was dropped off near the Tallapoosa River Bridge on 78 in Haralson County, Ga., about 8:00am.

Cleburne County Sheriff Dennis Green is seeking the help of Haralson County, Ga., officials in the search for Stephen Michael Godwin, 30, who has been reportedly missing since July 28, 2015...

In a news release, the Cleburne County Sheriff's office said numerous leads have been followed in Alabama and Georgia. However, none of the information has produced "a substantial lead."

There are different variations of his name; Steven and Michael. I cannot find anywhere other than here is he listed as Stephen.

Details of Disappearance​

Steven was last seen on July 28, 2015. He left his residence in Muscadine, Alabama, near the Georgia state line, traveling on U.S. 78 eastbound with his cousin, Lane "Rock" Godwin, who lives in Douglasville, Georgia.

Lane stated he dropped Steven off at the Tallapoosa River Bridge on U.S. 78 in Haralson County, Georgia at 8:00 p.m. Steven has never been heard from again. He was reported missing on July 30. It's uncharacteristic of him to leave without warning. Few details are available in his case.
