Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

"When from a long distant past nothing persists, after the people are dead, after things are broken and scattered, still alone, more persistent, more faithful, the smell and taste of things remain poised a long, long time like souls, ready to remind us, waiting, hoping for their moment amid the ruins of all the rest, and bear unfaltering in the tiny and almost impalpable drop of their essence the vast structure of recollection."

I wonder what the road conditions were like on the 11th. Eastern VA had snow and freezing conditions the next day.

Roads were snowy with some icy spots. If she stayed on the WV side then she probably took 46 and 28.

The search for Cassie Vosburgh, 18, continues. For the last week, the family of Cassie Vosburgh has been searching tirelessly for any clues related to her disappearance. They say it's been a living nightmare.

"Pretty much like torture, not knowing if she's alive or gone, no idea where she's at if she's hurt," said Cassie's cousin, Amanda See.

What does that mean? Was she found in her car after it ran off the road? Or was she found bound and gagged?

observed a silver vehicle over a steep embankment along SR 93 in Grant County. Members of the WV State Police Moorefield Detachment were dispatched to the scene to identify the vehicle. The vehicle was positively identified as well as the lone occupant to be Ms. Vosburgh. The vehicle appears to have veered off the west roadway edge and over a steep embankment. It is believed the recent snow and ice storms hampered the visibility of Law Enforcement, members of the community, and ongoing regular traffic along this route until recent temperature changes caused the snow and ice to melt.

Article above has been updated to give more details as to what happened to Cassie.
