Oh thank you so much! I looked at the link you provided and it seems like they requirements are fairly standard state to state. IIRC, there used to be 2 states where I couldn't get reciprocity for my RN license. New York and another one. I am going back to 1980's so maybe that has been addressed.

Zuri, I know someone here found the official document showing MS was a LPN and posted it here on WS. I can't remember who or where, but I did see it. The best I can find right now is this.

Sievers became a licensed practical nurse in 1995
I'm not sure how accurate this all is, because they actually met online.

Around 2003, (Teresa) Sievers said she walked into a practice in St. Petersburg and "this beautiful redhead comes out... She ended up becoming my sister-in-law." Stacey (also Sievers) was a big teacher for me in my life.

I have some observations and questions.

    1. Maybe I can find the citation. Maybe not. But was it not to the condo in MO that police filed a report about the many alarms going off often?

    2. MS worked in a casino. Maybe he has a gambling problem. TS made enough income. Where did it all go?

    3. An IRS tax lien is a big deal. It is not just the original amount. It is the amount plus penalties and interest. Stupid not to pay it when you have the means. Cash, things of value such as guns.

    4. He should have enough money to live with SS on the children . Did they have mortgage insurance on the house? Does that pay off in light of the suspicious death perhaps masterminded by him?

    5. Did he pay Social security on the employees? I just remember my hubby had to pay FICA, FUDA and SUDA on his employees. I forget and am too lazy to look up what those initials stand for. Not paying those for your employees is big trouble. Maybe prison? Not sure

I've thought this too as to MS & CWW's perplexing relationship imho.

Of course, MS and CWW's connection is a complete enigma to me as well. I have not had the time to delve into the start of their friendship or how it came to be, but I recall someone (KateB?) pointing out they began their friendship in their teens. I am struggling just to keep up with the most current events. I don't know that I'll ever get caught up on all the history!

MS' sexual exploits have been discussed in terms of "swinging" and such. Has it been established whether MS and CWW may have had a relationship beyond a platonic level? I wonder (not too deeply though) about the possibility of the ménage à trois the night of CWW's wedding.....In my opinion, the rage and intimacy involved in TS' death seems to lend itself to more than just money.

There are just so many facets to this case!

According to this link the HOA fees for the unit owned by Mark and (allegedly) Teresa are/were $150 per month.

    http://www.realtor.com/realestateand...6_M85147-85699

Let's say for all 5 Insurace policies he was paying $350 per month (I think it would be more) but add in the HOA fee it would be about $500 per month. That is not chump change when you have a tax lien on the home you live in. What else was Mark spending $$$ on (more than likely behind his poor wife's back) that we can think of?

Did he own his motorcycle outright? Did he bring it into the marriage? Did they own their vehicles outright?

I can't imagine the women Mark was having affairs with being okay with him sending videos of their trysts to HIS WIFE.

I'm not even sure they were aware of their encounters being taped. That has to be illegal- right?

I believe the false alarm citations were in Pinellas County, Florida.

Mark is NOT a gambler. Absolutely not. He would NEVER go to the casino to gamble, though he worked as a dealer in a casino like 20+ years ago, here in ST. Louis.

He would tell me the horrible stories of how people would gamble away their homes, and how people committed suicide in the casino hotel rooms, that seldom, if ever, made the news.

As best as he could, he would try to intimate to gamblers (he knew about to lose their social security checks) that they should not gamble (which would have gotten him fired if the pit boss heard), or suggest to the gambler "why don't you take a break, go get something to eat, go home...".

Well he definitely gambled on the thought of trusting Curtis to do the deed and not get caught. He spent months doing incognito messaging to his best friend Curtis; Only to have him (Curtis) take it upon himself to advertise about going to Florida to do a job for Mark. Lol
