The Michigan State Police issued an Amber Alert overnight Saturday for 4-year-old Savannah Walker.

Walker has blue eyes and blonde hair and was last seen on Cadillac Boulevard in Detroit on February 16.

The 4-year-old is believed to be with 33-year-old Marcus Hightower. Hightower is described as a black male with brown eyes, weighing 250 pounds and around 5'9" tall. The two are reportedly traveling in a black 2004 Ford Explorer with a Michigan license plate of DFJ 5377.

Police believe she may have been a victim of foul play. Family members reported them missing on Friday night.

Dang it doesn't sound good.. Hightower, who is said to be Heidi Walker’s boyfriend, has a lengthy criminal record, including convictions of Assault with Intent to do Great Bodily Harm Less Than Murder and 2nd Degree Child Abuse.
 
Maybe Savannah knows or saw what happened to her mother and that is why she was taken by Hightower.

GB this child. I hope she is found ASAP!

No, I believe the mother was found deceased previously....this is a FB rumor though...trying to find MSM on the mother.

Wait...wait...wait....now seeing social media saying they believe the bodies to be those of Savannah and her mother. Will wait for official confirmation.
 
I got the Amber Alert last night and now this morning....the news is still saying "believed to be"....just so sad.
 
Detroit Police will be holding a press conference with more information at 11:00 a.m. EST.

DETROIT - Investigators have launched a homicide investigation on Detroit's east side.

Police were called to a home on Lakeview Street near Forrest Avenue around 6 a.m. Saturday morning.

Sources tell Local 4 that two females were found in the basement of the home that was set on fire...

We have violent ppl walking our streets!
PPl that have been in jail for violent crimes and are yet released to murder innocents like little Savannah.

Makes me just sick!
Ladies look at the men u are with before u bring him into your childs life.

It is tragic when women particularly those with children get involved with criminals who are child abusers it never ends well. I'm not blaming this lady though she most likely didn't know about his criminal record. I just wish women and men would do research about their partners criminal records before allowing them into their and their children's life. Men like these with rap sheets can be very charming and seem like the perfect guy and when they find out he isn't it can be too late.

It is very sad both mom and daughter appear to have lost their life allegedly due to this monster. I hope Savannah had some fun times in her short life. It just breaks your heart.
 
I hope he gets caught and is held accountable for this I don't want him taking the easy way out. Any updates will be much appreciated.
