SHE IS 3 FEET TALL...WEIGHS 60 POUNDS...WITH BROWN EYES...BROWN
HAIR. SHE WAS LAST SEEN WEARING A PINK COAT...WITH BLUE
JEANS...ALONG WITH PINK AND WHITE SHOES.

M HAS SHORT HAIR...WITH BANGS AND ZIG ZAGGED TEETH.

POSSIBLE SUSPECT IS JOHN LIEBA. NO FURTHER INFORMATION IS

Well, my 2.5 year old doesn't go to bed until 9:30. But we aren't outside that late.

I think her weight must be wrong. She doesn't look like she's 60 pounds to me.

I hope she is found safe. I wonder if she is related to John Lieba.

I found a John Lieba from Wolf Point on FB. Don't want to post it in case it's not the same one. The page is basically empty except for a profile picture from 2011 where he looks like a teenager.

In fairness to the family, this appears to be an Indian reservation, and the culture is different there. The standards and behaviors of parents in the mainstream population of the US are more watchful, and on the "res", much less so. From what I can tell, CPS handles benign neglect differently on reservations than in the general population.

Edited to add: here's a link that's the basis of my statement. The Indian Child Welfare Act of 1978 which was designed to allow children to be left in their families in cases of simple or "benign" neglect. First Nations families were losing their children to CPS at an astounding rate, and so it was decided to look the other way when children were supervised to a much lesser standard than mainstream families.
