Brody "B.J" Brown and his family were camping for the weekend at Muddy Joe's, an off road and RV park north of Kiln. Brown, 34, was with his wife, Jenni Brown.

They were at a concert at the campground when B.J. Brown said he was going to the restroom. When he did not come back, his wife thought he had gone off with friends. She waited and worried.

The family reported him missing at noon Sunday.

Brody is the cousin of State Sen. Sean Tindel.

There is a lake right there, within feet of the stage, from what I can tell. Googling, a musician called Frank Foster had a concert that night.

edited to add: In looking at Google Maps, Satellite View, of the camp ground calling it a "lake" is a bit gilding the lily. It looks like a big, gross, undefined cattle pond. Seems it would be VERY easy to wander into the muck in the dark.

This appears to be a heavily wooded area with a lake or reservoir just SE of Muddy Joe's. Hopefully they can bring in dogs and get a lead, but should definitely check the water.

This is local to me. There is lots of water around and it is very heavily wooded. I grew up just up the road from there and live a little south of there now. This is a very popular place to go mud riding, we actually had a few friends that were there this weekend. They're always having concerts and stuff.

Also, it's directly across the street from a Boy Scout Reservation that also has a huge lake on it. It would be very easy to get lost out there. My thoughts are he's either in the water somewhere or got lost in the woods.

A friend of mine posted on FB last night that they were going to allow the public to come in and search starting today. They were trying to get everything organized.

I'm not seeing a happy ending to this case. I hope that I'm wrong and he's just lost in the woods but I'm not optimistic.

I am probably one of the few locals who haven't been to Muddy Joe's but we were talking about it at one of my kids baseball practice last night. From my understanding, there's several restroom facilities around the site and one of them is very close to the amphitheater. I'm assuming this is the one where BJ was going. I'll talk to some friends and see if they can elaborate and help us figure out exactly where the restrooms are.
