DETROIT, MI The Detroit Police Department is seeking the publics assistance in locating a missing 44-year-old man with mental health related concerns.
John Carter was last seen leaving his home on the 9900 block of Abington on Saturday, March 19th, 2016 at approximately 8:30 a.m. According to his brother, John leaves his home daily to collect cans and bottle but returns home between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
John is described as a black male, 44-years-old, 59″, 150 lbs., dark brown complexion, brown eyes, black hair with a full beard and mustache. John was last seen wearing a red and black jacket, brown khaki pants, and a black skull cap.
John is in good physical condition but does have mental health related concerns and takes medication daily.
If anyone has information on John or know of his whereabouts, they are asked to please call Detroit Polices Criminal Investigatives Unit at 313-596-5640.
