    Distinguishing Marks/Features: Tattoo on left, upper back of a black devil face with goatee. Two screws in right ankle and 3 screws in left ankle. Full body x-Rays are available.
    Dentals: X-rays available.
    Fingerprints: Not available.
    DNA: mtDNA and nucDNA available at UNT (REF# 10-2848).
    Clothing & Personal Items: Boxers (size 38 to 40), black tanktop, blue dress slacks (42 x 32), black socks, white bandana, black Tredsafe brand shoes (size 8 1/2 wide), a belt with a marijuana leaf on it, and wearing a black brace on right ankle.

    The victim was found hanging in a wooded area approximately 75ft south of a building, at 1600 West 143rd in Burnsville, Minnesota on August 24, 2005.

    The remains of a hispanic male were found hanging in a wooded area approximately 75ft south of the building. Deceased is believed to have travelled from Chicago, IL to work in the restaurant industry. He went by the name Miguel.

    I know skaters get a lot of ankle injuries. He might be from the West Coast before he was from Chicago IL. The haircut definitely sounds like a skater/punk haircut.

    If someone could get a sketch that might help. Really too bad. I wish he had gotten some help.
