Kelly Offner oversaw the cleanup by United by Blue and volunteers were cleaning up the Cooper River in Pennsauken, across the Delaware River from Philadelphia for Earth Day. One of them reached for what he thought was a white milk jug but turned out to be an intact human skull.

The Camden County Prosecutor's Office confirms the remains were human and says an investigation is underway but declined to give other details.

Here's another link, basically says the same thing, though.

There are so many missing from Philly and Camden, I can't even begin to speculate on whom this could be without more details.

I wonder if Richard Petrone and Danielle Imbo were ever compared to the remains found.

I'm new to NAMUS, but I'm not seeing this skull in their system. Can someone give me an assist?

This case may not currently be in NamUs. It varies considerably from area to area how the system is utilized to help solve these cases. Some jurisdictions enter their cases immediately and regularly update them while others don't. Welcome to Websleuths, Iliketotalk15 :welcome4: !

NJ is usually pretty good at getting the cases into Namus, and I think was one of the early adopters of the system. But I'm not seeing any update on any of the news articles and the case definitely isn't in namus.
