This is the Bosma murder trial daily discussion thread. The trial daily discussion thread is for discussion of trial evidence/testimony only, not for general discussion, posts about past threads, other members, etc. Off-topic posts will be removed.

Note: Only testimony that is published through MSM reporting (articles and tweets) is allowed. Keep discussion focused on testimony as it becomes public knowledge and remember to link up to MSM reporting of same.

Any testimony that might remain under Publication Ban, and any courtroom discussion that takes place when the jury is not present, is strictly off-limits. Posts that violate a Publication Ban, or discussion when the jury is absent, will be removed.

At all times, keep in mind Websleuths TOS, so affectionately referred to as The Rules.

There will be ZERO TOLERANCE for snarky or disrespectful posts and/or subtle digs at other members. Mods will not be PMing you with explanations, you will find your post has disappeared, or that you can no longer post.

There is to be NO name calling or name variations, not even of the accused.

There is to be no BICKERING between members. A difference of opinion is NOT a TOS violation. Some will think one or both of the accused are guilty, some will think one or both are not guilty, and some will be on the fence. All of that is okay and should NOT BE ATTACKED. If you disagree, that's fine, move past the post. If a post is offensive, alert it and let the Mods review it. If you respond to the post, both the offensive post AND yours will be removed and may result in other consequences.

Other reminders for reference as we have respectful discussion in each of the daily trial discussion threads:

Abuse of the WS Alert feature can have consequences including timeout or worse. Such abuse includes, but is not limited to:

• Overuse of the alert system

• Repeatedly alerting on the same poster

• Demanding a specific outcome

• Alerting on the same post more than once

Once you have alerted on a post, please move on without discussing it, and don't question the decisions of our Administrators, Moderators or Owners, and don't expect personalized responses with explanations about a particular decision.

The principle of “innocent until proven guilty” is for the court room … it is not required that Websleuths members adhere to that principle. Members are allowed to discuss, speculate, theorize, and judge according to opinions they develop from following the specifics of the case.

If you have any questions, PM a Mod and we will be happy to assist you. The main Mods/Admin for this trial will be Bessie, Coldpizza, and sillybilly.

Christina Noudga, the ex-girlfriend of accused murderer Dellen Millard, returns for her second consecutive day of testimony at the Tim Bosma trial in Hamilton.

Noudga, 24, is charged an accessory after the fact in the case. She will continue to be question by lawyers for the Crown. On Wednesday, Noudga testified that she was "performing sexual favours" on Dellen Millard as he drove away from his mother's home in Kleinburg, Ont., after dropping off the trailer that contained Tim Bosma's truck.

Live coverage begins at 10 a.m.

She says when Dell picked her up they drove directly to Kleinburg. They were there probably 15 minutes she says. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 5s6 seconds ago
Crown Tony Leitch asking what time she left Kleinberg on May 9. She can't remember. And can't remember what time she was picked up at home.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 14s15 seconds ago
She thinks they were at #Millard mother's house in Kleinburg for 10-15 minutes. She doesn't remember what time. Looking at texts now.

Alex Pierson ‏@AlexpiersonAMP 13s14 seconds ago

by Adam Carter 10:08 AM

Leitch is asking Noudga what time things happened on May 9. She says she doesn't recall exact times.
by Adam Carter 10:09 AM

The last message she got from Millard that night when he was picking her up was just before 10 p.m.
by Adam Carter 10:10 AM

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 31s32 seconds ago
Leitch asks what time they left Kleinburg. She asks to be reminded what time she was picked up in the first place. #Bosma

Jury in. Christina Noudga back in the witness box being questioned by crown lawyer Tony Leitch. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 19s20 seconds ago
Leitch shows her the text message exchange w Millard that night. (He texted her "here" at 9:53pm). #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 9s9 seconds ago
#Millard texted "here" at 9:53pm after instructing her to roll a joint, he'd be there soon. #TimBosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 36s37 seconds ago
So she says the drive was probably roughly 30min and then probably left Kleinburg at about 10:45. And then an hour drive to Waterloo. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 29s30 seconds ago
Leitch showing her the text extraction report that shows Millard saying "here" at 9:53 p.m. Arrived Kleinberg 10:30, departure 10:45.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 9s10 seconds ago
They headed to Waterloo from Kleinburg at about 10:45pm, likely arriving at hangar 11:45pm. At midnight they went to barn

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 36s36 seconds ago
Noudga is talking about the trip she and Millard took the night before his arrest. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 26s26 seconds ago
So she says they were probably at the hangar til about midnight, and then the barn between 12:10-12:20am before driving back to TO. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 18s18 seconds ago
At hangar from 11:55 to midnight. At barn from 12:10 to 12:20. Then headed back toward Toronto. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 9s9 seconds ago
From midnight to 12:20 they were moving the incinerator from the barn to the hiding spot in the trees. #TimBosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 14s14 seconds ago
Leitch shows Noudga the cell phone 'ping' report presentation we've seen earlier in this trial. #Bosma

OK, so here's my question. With all the I can't remembers and I don't knows has CN perjured herself yet and if not what does she have to do make that happen?

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 15s16 seconds ago
They left Vaughan for Waterloo, went to the airport then the farm in the Cambridge area. #TimBosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 26s26 seconds ago
Seeing cell tower map jury has seen before. Shows where Noudga's phone was at various times. Her phone was at Kleinberg until 11:34 pm.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 15s15 seconds ago

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 26s27 seconds ago
Shows her cell phone pinging up near Madeleine Burns's house at 11:34pm that night, when a call was made to Matt Hagerman. #Bosma

Alex Pierson ‏@AlexpiersonAMP 18s19 seconds ago
Says she was at madeline Burns 10-15. To waterloo. Than farm 12-10 to 12:20 for 10 min. She is now being shown phone records. @AM900CHML

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 4s5 seconds ago
Leitch asks if that "accords with your memory." She says no but agrees she had her phone with her all night. #Bosma

She says she and Millard got to Waterloo around 11:45 p.m., and were at the hangar until about midnight. They then went to the farm around 12:10 to 12:20 -- this was when the incinerator was moved.
by Adam Carter 10:11 AM

The court is now seeing a presentation we've already seen showing Noudga's phone movements that night. Her phone called Matt Hagerman near Kleinburg, Ont. at 11:34 p.m.
by Adam Carter 10:13 AM

She says that doesn't accord with her memory, but she had her phone with her.

Noudga called Hagerman at 11:34 pm when she was still in Kleinburg. So her memory of the timing was off. #TimBosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 44s44 seconds ago
Leitch asks if Millard did as well. She said she assumes so. "He should have, because he messaged me outside my home," she says. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 50s50 seconds ago
#Millard had his phone because he messaged her from outside her house, she says. #TimBosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 47s47 seconds ago
She says that doesn't match her recollection. Leitch asks if she left her phone anywhere. She says no. And she says Millard had his phone.

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 37s37 seconds ago
Crown now showing jury a map with geolocation a of cell phone use. Noudga doesn't remember using her phone the way the records show. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 33s34 seconds ago
Next slide shows her phone pinging in Milton area at 3:43am. Leitch asks if this helps her remember what time they were heading back #Bosma

Alex Pierson ‏@AlexpiersonAMP 29s29 seconds ago
As she looks at phone records.. "ooooohhhhhhhhhh" she says. Shows she was in milton area 343 am. @AM900CHML

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 24s24 seconds ago
3:43am Noudga got text messages in the Milton area -- between Toronto and Waterloo. She doesn't remember receiving texts. #TimBosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 20s20 seconds ago
She says that was probably on her way back toward Toronto. "Makes sense doesn't it," he says. She agrees. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 39s39 seconds ago
At 3:43 a.m. she got a text in the Milton area. "That was probably on our way back toward Toronto."

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 17s17 seconds ago
Leitch asks if Millard is making phone calls on their way to Waterloo. Not to her recollection, she says. #Bosma

She says she had her phone, and believes Millard had his phone as well.
by Adam Carter 10:14 AM

Noudga's phone received three texts around 3:43 a.m. in the Milton area the next morning. She says she doesn't know if she received a text then, but that was probably on the way back to Toronto.
by Adam Carter 10:15 AM

She says Millard wasn't making phone calls "to her recollection." She says Millard asked to use her phone on the trip back to Toronto.
by Adam Carter 10:16 AM

OK, so here's my question. With all the I can't remembers and I don't knows has CN perjured herself yet and if not what does she have to do make that happen?

Nope, not remembering is not a lie.
