  • The victim had been deceased since approximately October 30, 1997.

  • [*]Estimated age: 18 - 25 years old
    [*]Approximate Height and Weight: 5'0"-5'2"; 112-115 lbs.
    [*]Distinguishing Characteristics: She was a White female (although Hispanic descent cannot be ruled out). Black hair in ponytail; brown eyes. She had a three-inch scar behind her right knee. Pierced ears and her toenails were painted red
    [*]Clothing: She was wearing a long-sleeved sleeved purple Hanes sweatshirt, a white jogging sports bra and a pink and purple Casio digital watch with blue band. Her hair was in a ponytail with a black "scrunchie" hair band.
  • Other: A pair of jogging shoes was found near the woman's body.
  • Dentals: Available. She had dental fillings.

Case History
The victim was found floating in Turtle Creek near downtown Dallas. She was found by a jogger about 10.00 a.m. in Turtle Creek near Bowen Street.
There was no identification on the body and no obvious trauma to the body.

was she wearing any pants? if no then it seems as if she was jogging and was sexually assaulted by someone.
 
I agree about your observation. That area is constantly used by joggers. Her clothing seems to be that of a runner.
 
Kimberlee went missing from El Paso, TX one year prior to when these remains were located. Her race is listed as Asian. Besides race and a scar her physical descriptors match including the fact that she often wore her hair in a ponytail. Kim's scar is on her shoulder while JD's scar is on her knee. Kim was diagnosed with and on medication for clinical depression. I wonder whether she left voluntarily and made her way to the Dallas area within the one year time frame. She had black hair worn in a ponytail with a black "scrunchie" hair band, Brown eyes, pierced ears. She had a scar behind her right knee. Her toenails were painted red. She had fillings in her teeth.

Clothing and accessories included:
A long sleeved purple sweatshirt.
A white sports bra.
A pink and purple digital Casio watch with a blue band.
A pair of jogging shoes were found near her body.
