Markus Quantez Henry, 32, of Dayton has been convicted and sentenced to 35 years-to-life in prison in connection with two Dayton homicides.

Henry stabbed Resa Anne Lee and left her body behind the Montgomery County Job Center on April 16, 2010.

Henry also raped and shot and killed Sheila Tucker before leaving her body in a garage of North McGee Street, which was set on fire burning her body, according to prosecutors.

Henry was found guilty for aggravated murder in the case of Sheila Tuck and murder in the case of Resa Lee.

“I want to commend the Dayton Police Department for their relentless work and efforts to identify this defendant and bring justice for the victims,” Montgomery County Prosecutor Mat Heck Jr. said.
