NY - Sharon Whigham, 51, found with throat cut on Brooklyn bench, 19 May 2016
A 51-year-old woman was found dead on a Brooklyn bench with her throat slashed Thursday morning, police said.
Police responded to a call of a past assault on Ninth and Henry streets in Red Hook at about 4:30 a.m. and found the body of Sharon Whigham of Brooklyn...
There was no knife found at the scene, law enforcement sources told NBC 4 New York.
A long-time friend said Whigham lived in the neighborhood with her grandkids, and did what she could to get by.
“She’s struggling like anyone else,” said Darryl Curry, 50. “She used to do the nursing stuff and she used to do scrapping to make ends meet.”
“Nobody deserves to die like that; that’s tragic,” he added. “I want to know who did it and why.”

Oh Wow..........this is awful........"scrapping" leads me think that it is a possible contributer to her death. The greatest trick the Devil ever played was convincing the world he didn't exist.
Three candles that illume every darkness: truth, nature, knowledge.
"There, isn't this a beautiful piece of cloth!", exclaimed the swindlers, as they described the lovely design that didn't exist.
