Graham Bourke, 44, was last seen alive about 6.45pm on Monday, October 25, 1993 when he visited a friends butchery in Mona Vale, in Sydneys north.
Mr Bourke was reported missing Saturday, October 30 when he failed to turn up to a planned visit with his 10-year-old daughter Lee and his ex-wife.

On Wednesday morning, Lee joined NSW Police and NSW Police Minister Troy Grant to announce a $100,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction for the person or people responsible for Mr Bourke's death...
Police traced Mr Bourke's last movements to a butcher's shop in Pittwater Road, Mona Vale, on October 25, 1993. Mr Bourke had previously worked for several years at the shop. He first stopped in at the newsagent next door to buy a lottery ticket, before popping in to the butcher shop for a brief chat with friends.
He left the shop about 6.45pm, saying he was going directly to see a man who owed him $5000, a coronial inquest into Mr Bourke's death heard in 1994.
