The Oakland County Sheriff’s Office is assisting in the search for a 37-year-old Eastpointe woman whose unoccupied car was found near a beach at Pontiac Lake Recreation Area in White Lake Township.

Sheriff’s deputies were requested at 2:14 p.m. on Tuesday, June 7, to help locate the woman, who is believed to be suicidal, near the 7800 block of Gale Road...

History of depression. Suicidal. Doesn't sound good.
 
and from that first article - she recently did some searches about suicide. So young, so sad...
 
Several small lakes in the area where Ginger's car was found. I wonder if there are divers searching?
 
No media updates today, but this Fox report from late yesterday has more information about the ongoing search.

..."We've had the DNR, Oakland County Sheriff's and Eastpointe Police have all been out searching the park. We've had helicopters out there as well. Unfortunately, we haven't found anything yet," Childs said. "There's a rather large lake and there's 20 miles of hiking trails and very dense search. The DNR is still actively searching." ...

I live on the block where she lives/ed. Still nothing. The PD goes to the house every day.
