I have a friend whose family lives near his family. The flooding has been so bad they can't drive in some areas to look for him. Praying he is somewhere safe waiting out the flooding and is found soon.

Update:
Search and Rescue efforts are still ongoing this morning. We are asking the public to review any surveillance videos that point near Highway 81 from Spruce to Bois D'arc. Please view the hours of 7:00 am to noon on Sunday. Also if anyone recalls seeing a young boy playing in the water near that area please call 255-2112.

As of 40 minutes ago, the Duncan police Facebook page that is in the link above, said they have found his pajama bottoms in a tree by a creek. :(

10:20PM (CST)

We have no new information to report. We will continue to watch bridges, creeks, and streams throughout the night. We will resume with water, air, and ground searches in the morning. We will have several K-9 search teams assisting us again tomorrow. We appreciate all of the help we have received in the last two days. So many people want to help however we ask that you please leave all water searches to the trained professionals.

They have called in dive teams. Also this article says he doesn't know how to swim :(

Timeline of sightings:

"The boy was spotted near 5th and Elder on Dollar General surveillance video around 6:47 a.m.

Another surveillance camera spotted the boy near 10th and Beech at a gas station around 7:27 a.m.

Two Duncan Power employees say they saw a boy playing in water puddles near 10th and Beech around 9 a.m."

Awwwww. I was so afraid of this when I read about the flooding. I pray for a miracle but the pajama thing is just killing me. :candle:

(It's so disheartening to just see the same update over and over. I do appreciate that the Duncan Police keep updating though, and I know the people of Dunan do too. Their response has been overwhelming and really inspiring. Continuing to pray for a miracle for Damion)

The search continues...

(Me again, posting updates...I just can't get this boy off my mind)

As our day comes to end we still do not have any answers or closure. These search teams have done a phenomenal job. Many came in after a full day of searching and asked to be sent back out after they changed socks and grabbed a bite to eat. We have seen the same men and women search til exhaustion and show up the next day and do it all over again. Words could never express the gratitude we feel for each and every person searching to find Damion.

Tomorrow we will scale back our search a bit. This does NOT mean we are giving up or calling it off. We are however going to concentrate on specific areas of interest. In the morning we will send out a dive team to go into a part of the creek that has now been cleared of debris. We will also utilize some large equipment to dig up and removed debris along some of the creek banks. In addition to the creek search we will also have a K-9 team come back and search other areas of interest. We are still reviewing many hours of drone videos and will send crews out to check areas that need to be further investigated.

We also ask all of you to keep looking. Please check abandon vehicles, cellars, sheds, etc. If you see or hear anything that you feel needs to be checked out please call. If you are still willing to walk the streets please do so. We still ask that you stay out of the creeks. Anyone along Beech and Oak from 10th street to Hwy 81 please check your surveillance videos and walk your property. We know Damion had on a red shirt and black socks. If you find anything let us know.

Again we appreciate everyone that has donated to ensure the men and women searching were well hydrated and fed. Thank you for the first aid kits, bug spray, sunscreen, itch cream, Tylenol, ibuprofen, gloves, socks, rain gear, rakes, etc. A million thank yous would never be enough. Thank you!!!
