Cast a wide net. Lower Makefield Township has direct access to I 95, US 1 and (by either 95 or 1) the PA Turnpike.

Where does Dobrosky have family. Where did she grow up? Where has she lived in the past that she would know and have contacts? One would assume LE is running her credit and debit cards for activity and pinging her cell phone for GPS coordinates.

Police Look For Girl And Her Mom Last Seen More Than 2 Weeks Ago

Police are looking for a five-year-old girl and her mother who they say has interfered with a custody agreement in failing to return the girl to her father.

According to Lower Makefield Township Police, five-year-old Greer Biancheri and 48-year-old Holly Dobrosky were last seen on June 23 near West Thelma and Rising Sun Avenue in Philadelphia.

Authorities day Dobrosky failed to return Biancheri to her father on June 18 and has not been able to be reached. A Felony Warrant has since been issued for her arrest.

I am really surprised that Holly has been able to stay under the radar this long. I would have thought the licence plate would have been picked up by a EZ pass system or police car plate monitoring system by now. If she has gone to ground, someone must be providing shelter, food and money. She can't keep this up forever.
