On 6/29/16 Jessie Rubio was reported missing to the Wenatchee Police Department. Rubio’s family last saw her during the week of June 20th. Rubio was possibly last seen on June 23rd around 6:30 PM in the area of S. Wenatchee Ave and Ferry St. A witness reported seeing Rubio get into a dark colored car possibly a late 80’s Buick with a Hispanic male. Rubio has not made contact with family or friends since the week of June 20th.

she looks a LOT different in the other pic posted. possible mental health issues in my opinion. I hope she is ok out there :(

The attached photos are from May 23rd and June 20th 2016. The most recent photo on June 20th it appears Rubio has cut her hair short or is partially shaved.

In this most recent pic taken June 20 it seems like her hair is cut purposefully to look like a boy.

According to NamUs, the photo with her hair cut short was taken on June 20, which appears to be the same day she disappeared. The other photo was taken about a month earlier on May 23. In the photo with her hair short, she seems to be dressed for exercise. And she has a black food container next to her. It looks like it's from a fast-food restaurant. I hope they checked security cameras at local fast food restaurants to see who she was with when the photo was taken. That person ought to know why she cut her hair and possibly where she was going.
 
Her left hand appears to be tattooed or injured, like open sores or burns.

She was A LOT heavier at some time within the last few years, and it seems like she went downhill fast. Not sure if it is drugs or mental illness. Prayers for her. Her mom can be found in comments on MSM.
 
To me she looks like she is homeless and someone gave her thee to-go box.

Here are her face books. Lots of images, including tattoos. It seems she is a mom of two cute little boys, and her relationship status is "in a relationship", which could mean lots of things.

I think you're right. She was recently in detox and her Jessie Rubio FB page indicates she was in rehab this time last year

The question is whether she is awol voluntarily with someone helping her (like a retreat or rehab etc) and she just didn't tell her parents for some reason. I don't see any mention of the baby daddy in MSM or on social media, I assume her kids are with mom?

The shaved head could be avoiding drug detection or her way of starting over. Her posts over the last couple months mixed with her sudden change in appearance have me worried though - I hope she hasn't relapsed.
 
I'm feeling that is what it is. Earlier this year she had some weight on and she got thin fast and now she has shaved her head and she doesn't look right.

I hope she's found. It sounds like she took off and started using again. Sadly it's when they stop and start again when they are more likely to OD.
 
It is heartwarming to see that there are people here on WS caring about this missing person because she disappeared from my town. I know the spot where she is sitting in the June 20 photo with her head shaved. In fact, I was just at a concert there last night. It is the stage at Centennial Park on the main street of town, Wenatchee Avenue. Homeless people sometimes spend time at that park during the day.

I am keeping an eye out for her since it is thought she might still be in the area. (There has to be a reason they are saying that...I wonder what it is.) I ride the bus every day and I am thinking I will ask if Jessie's photos are posted near the drivers' mail slots so that they are familiar with what she looks like. Three of the bus routes are free, and those drivers in particular could be on the lookout.
 
Today at the local bus station office (Link Transit) I bought my pass and asked if Jessie's photo could be put up where the drivers could see it. The receptionist told me that flyers cannot be posted, but that Link is working with the Wenatchee Police Department, and the drivers all know what Jessie looks like.

She said, "Jessie used to come in here every day", meaning into the reception/waiting area. Maybe to pass time...to be in an indoor space, I don't know.

Gave me kind of a forlorn feeling to think that something, whether planned by Jessie or imposed upon her, has disrupted her routine.
