The Marshall Police Department is requesting the communitys help in locating a missing person.
Frank Ellis Jr., 27 of Marshall, TX was reported missing on 7/16/16 by his girlfriend.
The last time anyone spoke to Ellis was on 7/13/16 via telephone.
