Sheila went missing during the early morning hours on 8/17/2006. Her husband awoke at 6:30 a.m., to discover his car and wife were missing. At 4:30 p.m., someone reported her tan Blazer was broken down at the intersection of Bay Shore Drive and La France in Oregon, Ohio. The lady inside the vehicle was acting strange and refused help. She got out of the vehicle and was last seen walking east on Bay Shore Road. She left her purse and cell phone behind. She has the following tattoos: a flower on her left wrist, a heart on her left breast, and a cross on her calf. Other tattoos are located on left hand, left finger, and right buttock. She has a scar on her chin and a scar on her right thigh.
