A man being held in connection with an El Paso killing has led police to another victim in Hudspeth County, authorities said.
Terry Daniel McDonald, 25, accused of killing a 62-year-old El Paso man with whom he had lived, directed investigators to a shallow grave site near Sierra Blanca on Wednesday, Hudspeth County Sheriff Arvin West told El Paso television station KDBC.
Mount met McDonald through the Internet and was romantically involved with him before she disappeared on Jan. 5, 2004. McDonald, a transient originally from Corpus Christi, Texas, was arrested there shortly after her death, when he was found with her car and some missing valuables.
Lee County prosecutors tried McDonald in September 2004 for grand theft and burglary, but a jury convicted him only of trespassing into Mount's parents' home to steal the valuables.
He was sentenced to time served, but found himself back in jail Sept. 22 in Bayside, Wis., for panhandling, Bayside Police Chief Bruce Resnick said.
Police in El Paso issued a warrant for McDonald days earlier, seeking his arrest in the murder of Felipe Loya Andrade, 62, of El Paso. Andrade had been missing since August, and McDonald had lived with him shortly before. His body was found in September, buried in his front yard. McDonald was extradited to Texas.
Investigators said she disappeared in January 2004 shortly after meeting 25-year-old Terry Daniel McDonald on an Internet reality game site.

Why is it that when a custodial parent fails to provide for a child it is called neglect and is a criminal matter. But when a non custodial parent fails to provide it is called failure to support and is a civil matter?

Nearly two years before leading police to the body unearthed in Hudspeth County, McDonald was found in Corpus Christi driving Mount's 2003 Saturn -- which had traces of her blood and hair in the trunk, according to the Lee County Sheriff's Office.
McDonald was arrested in January 2004, convicted in Nueces County of a drug offense and sentenced to 30 days in jail. In October 2004, he was sent back to Lee County, where prosecutors were unable to convict McDonald of grand theft and burglary.
Jurors instead charged him with trespassing, and he was sentenced to 60 days in jail, which he had already served.
sorry for the long link .I wonder how this jury feels now .at least he has told them where she was buried . I hope her family gets some comfort in being able to give her a decent burial .hope he rots inprison.
