God the violence is unreal around this country

Here is the intial incident , in all that is going on the world this is the most in real time video I have ever seen

OT, sadly not really. This is the most unreal in real time video I have ever seen. Human behavior is amazing. Flooded with observations as I was watching. At first it looked like male alcohol. Then it was like gosh this generation are really vultures, more interested in recording life around them than personally living it. None was really interested in much other than getting it on the cell phone, resulting in herd like behavior to get it on on their phones.

After the shots were fired was unreal in terms of human action. Flurry of activity. Again same thing, either flee , or refuse to do so , right after gunshots , to get it on cell phone. I wondered how many people might be alive, if the instinct was to put your cell phone in your pocket /purse and RUN!

Fascinating to watch LEE - some seemed really concerned about getting people away, some more eager to shoot someone, some anxious. Some strutting around in that me powerful cop stance, others a bit more like ducking. Saw one warming up his taker. Some of me mean just shoving at citizens. One lady got bombed in her head by a horses head.

You see one person in the middle of it all seeing a cell phone on the street and grabbing it! One dude obliviously drunk, shirtless, wanting to fight someone, and get blasted with teargas. There was a chick , standing in the middle of the road with all this going on just enjoying a slice of pizza like at a movie theatre - no popcorn- pizza!

As time passed it seemed like cops were getting people to go all over the place, at times in opposite directions. Its a young crowd. It was fascinating to me, when a cop was trying to get info from a witness. AGe differences, the cop says black or white. And it struck me so that the younger generation (good news IMO!) did not process the question as racial, instead he offered the color of the peers shirt - I found that interesting.

It then seemed completely random in terms of the horses. Like they just wanted to do something - the cops on them. Could not tell why they chose to run people back in the direction they did?

A guy "skipping " along! Some lingering, some strolling , some leaving, some watching- some oblivious! Interesting human behaviors moo

Why does the video say 8/30/2015? Then 3/20/2016? People in long sleeves and jackets in July?

after an initial disturbance.

For some reason think this is "love" related and possibly connected - shoot the girl and then go after the guys?? Was the female the first shot?? Trying to get landed on the story.

didn't rule out that a suspect might be one of the people transported to the hospital.

Agree. I think estranged lover killed the lady. Or a hired hitman. And then shot at others to make it not seem isolated. Idk.

Those are two different events, youtube is playing one after the other.

Is it possible there isn't a video out on the 7/31 shooting? LE has requested all video be given to them. Well, sure. That is so going to happen.

The lady was from CA and was only in town a short time. She went out on river during the day and decided to go out that evening. She was engaged to be married in Oct to a female. I think she was just in the wrong place at the wrong time.

New details from an arrest warrant shed light on what took place before a deadly shooting in downtown Austin, early Sunday morning. At 2:15 a.m., police responded to a 911 call of a mass shooting in the 200 block of E. Sixth St.

According to court records, Endicott McCray, 24, got into a fight with his brother-in-law. A friend of McCray’s wife says a group of them were out when she saw McCray’s wife’s brother “shove” McCray. In response, witnesses say McCray pulled out a handgun that he had in his waistband and pointed the gun at his brother-in-law. Police say he fired one shot into the ground, then raised the firearm, turned it sideways and fired “up to four more gunshots.”

The man who police say opened fire, killing a woman and injuring four others on 6th Street early Sunday morning is now in custody.

Endicott McCray, 24, was wanted on a murder charge when he was captured at a bus station in East Point, Ga, just outside of Atlanta Wednesday morning. The U.S. Marshal’s Fugitive Task Force tells KXAN that one of its members spotted McCray wearing a rain coat and noted that it caught his attention because rain coats are unusual this time of year.
