Prayers for a full recovery for Officer Pooler.

Here is a really nice article published in 2015 about Officer Pooler. It really gives you an idea of what kind of gentleman he is.
Pooler, 54, of Danbury, has become such a "role model" to his fellow officers, as Police Chief Alan Baker described him, that he's now the latest employee to receive the Exchange Club of Danbury's prestigious Officer of the Year award.

The patrol officer is a member of the department's Emergency Services Unit, SWAT Team, Crisis Negotiation Team and he serves as the leader of the Sniper Team -- one of his favorite roles of the job.

"Officer Pooler demonstrates a consistent work ethic, drive and consistently steps forward to assist others with whatever help is needed in any way he possibly can," Exchange Club Chairman Joseph DaSilva said in a news release.

Pooler has been praised for his enthusiasm and comforting personality.
