They need to get on this and fast. This girl is in serious danger.
Moore has brown hair, brown eyes, wears glasses and is mentally delayed, according to the alert. She was last seen wearing a white shirt with black short sleeves and jeans.

According to the Montana Department of Corrections, Zahn was sentenced to in 2013 to five years under DOC supervision, with part of his sentence suspended, for aggravated felony assault and assault.

I wonder if he met her online using fake pics? He is 60 freaking years old, and not a young looking 60 either, IMO. The AA states a bicycle might be in the bed of the truck, so perhaps she went willingly? Either way, this is alarming, and I hope she is found sooner than later.
 
A little more info here, how she met him.
Moore’s family last saw her the night of Aug. 2 before bed, Thompson said. When they woke up in the morning, Moore was gone. As was the trailer Zahn had been staying in.

“He was just passing through,” Thompson said. “It sounds like he pulled over to spend a few nights and that’s how he met the family.”

His 2012 offense was in Beaverhead County, MT:

The following is a news release from the Beaverhead County Sheriff's Department.

"On August 12, 2012 at 5:08 o'clock p.m., Beaverhead 911 received a call from 1050 Driveway Lane. The adult male caller identified himself as Cody K Mclean, 20 years of age. McLean reported that he had been stabbed in the chest by Rodney Lee Zahn. A Sheriff's deputy and a Dillon police officer were dispatched and arrived within six minutes from the time of the call. Beaverhead EMS was dispatched to the call and transported McLean to the emergency room of Barrett Hospital and Healthcare.

Thompson said his last known residence was Billings, and he is suspected to be headed that way, or in the direction of Boise, Idaho.

Opposite directions from Sheridan. He could have gone any direction?

Zahn’s vehicle is a 1987 black Ford pickup with Montana license plate number 3-20558B. The vehicle may be pulling a tan and white fifth-wheel trailer.

“He is probably moving around,” Thompson said. “Maybe staying in public campgrounds, so keep your eyes open as you recreate. Pay attention to the Amber Alerts on your phone. The trailer could be disconnected, so keep your eyes open.”

That pickup and trailer combination would likely stand out. The age of the pickup makes it distinctive.
 
I am in Boise at work every day so I will keep an eye out on the freeway. I doubt he is on main roads though.
