Decedent was found floating in Onondaga Creek in the city of Syracuse near the Trolley Lot adjacent to West Jefferson Street and The Armory (MOST).

just doing a namus search for men w/ similar tattoos, this guy has similar tattoos but in all the wrong places no pictures so can't compare that way! I guess if they received tattoo information from a loved one (vs photos/prison booking) they could have gotten positions wrong, but who would imagine a nipple tattoo?
