Brown/gray hair, blue eyes, beard/mustache

Presented at Woodhull Hospital with altered mental status and infection. Transferred to Bellevue Hospital where he passed.

That is the Williamsburg area so Iam assuming prob he is from around there. There used to be many Polish there. It's become much more gentrified but still has a big population of Polish.
I always wonder with people like this that sort of look ethnic to the neighborhood,do they ever put signs around to see if anyone in the neighborhood knows someone missing? Just a crazy thought.

A small chance this man could be Barry Keith Douglas? This JD is just an inch shorter and 3 pounds less than Barry. They both have blue eyes. And Barry suffered from mental illness like this JD.
