If a recent Long Island case is any sign, some parts of the Internet may be more crowded with undercover cops than alleged sexual predators.

Thomas Sheehan, a 46-year-old Queens attorney, has been charged with using the Web to try to seduce two people he allegedly thought were teenage girls.

Both turned out to be adult detectives -- one from the New York City police department and one from Nassau County, law-enforcement officials said. Unbeknownst to each other, the two investigators had simultaneously been corresponding with Sheehan in Internet chat rooms while posing as children, the officials said.

Just when I think that I have seen the most depraved things a human can do to another human, somebody posts a new story...........

Why is it that when a custodial parent fails to provide for a child it is called neglect and is a criminal matter. But when a non custodial parent fails to provide it is called failure to support and is a civil matter?
