"Police say a young woman has lodged a formal complaint that she has been raped - by a Pokemon.
She told officers that she had been sexually assaulted by a giant Pokemon in her apartment in the Russian capital city of Moscow.

The married woman, whose name has not been released, had reportedly been playing Pokemon GO before she fell asleep.

She claimed that she woke up to find a huge Pokemon lying on top of her body and says it was raping her."

Rape is no joke this woman should not have wasted police time like this.

I'm forcing myself not to ask which Pokemon it was because yes, rape is a serious subject.

Something to consider though is the phenomenon known as Sleep Paralysis.

It is a transitional state between wakefulness and sleep, characterized by an inability to move muscles. It is often accompanied by terrifying hallucinations to which one is unable to react due to paralysis, and physical experiences (such as strong current running through the upper body). These hallucinations often involve a person or supernatural creature suffocating or terrifying the individual, accompanied by a feeling of pressure on one's chest and difficulty breathing. Another common hallucination type involves intruders (human or supernatural) entering one's room or lurking outside one's window, accompanied by a feeling of dread.

It's not unusual for the individual to hallucinate and believe they have been sexually assaulted or attacked by a demon.

I had sleep paralysis twice and it was scary. Both times, it felt like hours where I was trying to wake up, move my hand or eyes and could not move. In the background I could hear my Mom yelling my name from a distance. She's still alive and was not calling my name. I couldn't shake the creepy feeling for weeks after it happened both times.
