How sad is it when no one notices babies are missing for at least 10 years. If no one has seen them since they were two or three wouldn't it be more likely they've been missing for 15 years?

I hope the truth can be uncovered in this case. I question whether or not they are even recoverable at this point.

CYS became involved when 47-year-old mother failed to take children for medical appointments, then discovered she should have two more children. The fraternal twin boys have not been seen for 13-14 years! The mother has now given police three different stories about what happened to these children.

"Patricia Fowler’s twins disappeared from view so completely, so long ago, that almost no one realized they were missing.

The boy and girl — currently listed in court documents as John and Jane Doe — were last seen in person 13 or 14 years ago, when they were preschool age, police said.

Officials think someone spoke to them on the phone about 10 years ago, when they would have been 7.

What happened to them after that is a mystery.

“There are so many stories we can’t really tell what’s correct and what’s not correct,” said Penn Hills police Chief Howard Burton.

Ms. Fowler, 47, of Penn Hills, was arrested this month on charges that she obstructed an investigation into a child abuse case, endangered children and concealed their whereabouts, and gave false information to authorities."

Note: In one place articles refer to "fraternal twin boys" and in another refer to "a boy and a girl".
 
I think they would have only been 8 years old when those two were found.
 
She either killed them or sold them- I can't explain why but I'm leaning towards sold. Ugh- I hate these stories.
 
All I can say is Shamika Young..... JMO
 
I have just read all about Shamika Young, and I agree. This woman is another Shamika Young, and the story looks like having the same outcome..........JMO
