Police say Jacobs told her family on Monday that she would see them the next day. She has not returned to her home in Westover.

"She was last seen wearing black basketball shorts, pink and black Nike basketball shoes and a pink scarf," police said. "She has tattoos on her right foot, right leg and right hand of a leaf, paws and a flower, respectively."

“This is not my daughter. My daughter would do whatever she can to make sure she called me,” said Toni. “She would use any means necessary to try to get in contact with me and let me know where she’s at.”
Toni said her daughter Keeshae is quiet, family oriented, and a home-body.
“She didn’t go out clubbing and partying. That’s not what she did,” she explained.

My heart goes out to her family.

My heart goes out to Mom. There isn't too much info given though. Was she spending the night at a friend? Boyfriend? She's so tiny, I fear for her. Prayers for Keeshae...

RICHMOND, Va. -- Family and friends held a vigil Sunday at Chimbarazo Park and handed out flyers in Church Hill in an effort to bring a missing Richmond woman home.

Family members said 21-year-old Keeshae Jacobs was last heard from on Monday.
"She told a family member she would see them the next day. She did not return to her residence in the Westover neighborhood," a Richmond Police spokesperson said.
Annie Gail said everything seemed normal when her granddaughter was at her house looking for a job online Monday

Sunday evening, her loved ones held a prayer service, and also went door-to-door in an effort to find answers in her disappearance. Her family said it’s out of character for her to be out of contact with relatives for this length of time.

"This is not like Keeshae and it's not like her to call nobody, period,” her grandmother Annie Gale said.

Sunday’s prayer service was held at the entrance of Chimborazo Park.

“This is the last place Keeshae was seen,” remarked Keeshae’s friend Giaon Henry. “We just wanted to let everyone know in this community…get her face out there and just show them this is the young lady we’re looking for and hopefully someone has seen something.

I'm thinking that LE must know what her plans were and who she was meeting. Many times police will tell family not to divulge this kind of information.
I hope she's safe and comes back.

So many questions with this one! If she left grandmom's house to go home, who saw her at the park? I'm assuming she was walking. How far is it to her place from Grandmom's? How long does it usually take to get there? Many other questions, but these are my top ones.

there is so little info! And it has already been a week. Such a beautiful young woman. I hope the family can afford a private detective... that might be the only way to get some answers.

RICHMOND, Va. – A Richmond mother is fearful for her daughter’s life after not hearing from her since Monday.
Keeshae Jacobs, 21, was last seen in the 3100 block of East Broad in Church Hill.
Her mother, Toni Jacobs, said it isn’t like her daughter to disappear and not call.
“All I want to do is hear her voice and know she’s OK, but my fear is that she’s not gonna come home and I’m not gonna tell her I love her again,” she said.

Richmond Police have filed a missing person’s report, but says they have no reason to suspect anything suspicious at this time.
So, the fact that she’s been missing for this long is very troubling.
The mother says she shares a bank account with Keeshae, and there has been no activity since she went missing Monday.

“I just want my baby home,” said Toni.
Jacobs is described as a black female, age 21, 5’3” tall, weighing approximately 100 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
"She was last seen wearing black basketball shorts, pink and black Nike basketball shoes and a pink scarf," police said. "She has tattoos on her right foot, right leg and right hand of a leaf, paws and a flower, respectively."
Anyone who sees Keeshae was asked to call Major Crimes Detective William Thompson at (804) 646-3925 or Crime Stoppers at 780-1000.

RICHMOND, Va. -- Richmond Police Chief Alfred Durham addressed a crowd on Tuesday afternoon, more than a week after 21-year-old Keeshae Jacobs was last seen, on Sept. 26.

"Again, I'm just asking if anyone in the community saw anything, to please call us at (804) 801 4503," Durham said. "We have not been able to get any leads in this case."
That comes after numerous reported spottings of Jacobs, but nothing that police have been able to develop.

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — The United Communities Against Crime (ACAC) is holding a “Candlelight Prayer” for the 21-year-old Richmond woman who has been missing for over three weeks.

Keeshae Jacobs was last seen Chimborazo Park on Monday, September 26.
According to her mother Toni Jacobs, her daughter texted her that Monday and told her she would be home on Tuesday. However, Toni says her daughter never came home and when she called her phone, it went straight to voicemail.
