APD Searching for Missing New Jersey Woman Last Known to be in Anchorage

Diab, according to Officers, was last seen in New Jersey on September 16th and then was in Anchorage towards the end of September when she checked into an Extended Stay Hotel, but never officially checked out.

According to that: "Diab had never mentioned to family any travel plans and it is unlike her to go without contacting her family."

I wonder if they have her on surveillance footage from the hotel? Do they have other evidence she traveled to Alaska like plane tickets?
Alaska is an expensive trip. Very strange for her to never mention it to family. This is not looking good.

Strange, she wasn't in contact with her family in Anchorage on a daily basis while there? Did she travel there to visit family or for some other reason? Just seems so odd all the way around.

Deceased :-(

At approximately 1520 hours, the officers located the deceased and determined the cause of death was suicide. The body was identified as Clara Diab, age 52 of New Jersey. Diab was reported as a missing person in October with APD and the New Jersey Police.
