Almost no information available for Deborah and absolutely none for her friend....

Not much to go on, but a few UIDs as potential possibilities: #1 http://http://www.doenetwork.org/cases/1257ufor.html I mentioned on a thread specifically for her elsewhere on Websleuths that Deborah could be a possible candidate for this girl's identity. #2 http://http://www.doenetwork.org/cases/1257ufor.html This girl was somewhere between 6-8 months pregnant at the time of her death. As a sidenote, I don't think there is a thread for her on here, and really can only find any information about her on Doe Network. #3 http://http://www.doenetwork.org/cases/1259ufor.html This one is possibly a case of misplaced/previously lost archived remains. #4 http://http://www.doenetwork.org/cases/1262ufor.html None list Deborah as a rule-out.

I wonder if Deborah and her friend are connected to the Bear Brook murders. Maybe Deborah is the unidentified adult female and her friend is the mother of the unrelated girl, or Deborah is the mother of the unrelated girl and her friend is the unidentified adult female.

I don't believe either would fit the isotopes for the adult female in the NH case. That's just my take on it.
What would be interesting is if NamUs would run the middle child's DNA against other Jane Does (like this one) to determine if there is a maternal relationship. I still haven't been able to figure out if they check UPs against the other UPs, other than the ones they might have been found with.

Something interesting I found while I was looking at another thread, for Snohomish County Jane Doe: on page 14, there is a post (#207) made by a user named JoyceSparks who claims to be Deborah's sister http://www.websleuths.com/forums/showthread.php?64324-WA-Snohomish-Co-WhtFem-516UFWA-15-22-hitchhiker-5-10-quot-tall-Aug-77/page14. This is the only post made by this person and it doesn't look the account has been active recently. At the time, Deborah did not have her own thread. Most of the information in the posting is different from the sparse details given elsewhere; for example, it is stated by the poster that Deborah ran away from her aunt's house and left the area with two men and another girl, all of whom later returned except for Deborah.

I've always suspected there was a lot more to these cases than what we read about in the media and mp databases. If she did leave with another girl and two guys. where are their interviews and what they had to say about her not being with them? How did they justify coming back without her? SMH.

I was thinking the same thing, but I really wasn't sure what to make of it all; her aunt allegedly not reporting her missing (which may mean that her LKA date is an approximation made who knows how long after the fact), the inconsistencies/suspectness of the information available about her case, and the additional people that were supposedly with her when she left who later returned without her. I wouldn't be surprised if they weren't asked about her either at the time or until much later, if they were ever asked at all. I wonder what they might have had to say about what happened afterwards, and what she might have told them before that about why she wanted to leave; (My suspicions would be problems at home; because to me it sounded like she was living away from her parents and siblings and with her aunt for specific yet unspecified reasons, whom she also later left.) There was obviously Something going on there with Deborah's entire situation, we just don't know what it was at this point in time.

Submitted Deborah as a possibility for Holcomb Peak Jane Doe via Doe Network, I was told she hasn't been suggested as a potential match before. Very little to go on in both cases but didn't think it could hurt.

Good luck!
When you get a chance, will you please update the UP thread with this info as well? I'm a big believer of cross posting, though sometimes I forget

yes I was also thinking that.. Makes me wonder if she was one of those people that overdose in a group and the group does not want to get in trouble so they dump her somewhere. That happens so many times.. Also I wonder how long it was from the time the group left to the time the group returned without her..
