She was last seen talking to a friend at the intersection of A and Allegheny in Philadelphia's Kensington section.

She has a history of being bipolar and involved in drugs.

Primavera has three daughters and her family says they miss her.

"They're getting old enough now, and they do know that we're the grandparents and that they do have a mom, and they do know their mom is missing," said Susan Primavera.

Primavera is described as a white female, 5 feet 5 inches tall and about 140 pounds.

At the time of her disappearance, she had blonde hair with red highlights.

She also has a couple of tattoos. One on her right arm is a picture of Jesus. And on the back of her neck is a flower that reads "Gina Grand Mom".

After years of little to no leads, law enforcement is coming to you for help with a missing woman.

Susan Primavera hasn't seen or heard from her daughter in years.

Santo Montecalvo of the Citizens Crime Commission said, "Jill Primavera was missing and was last seen at A and Allegheny seven years ago this past April 12.

Recently there have been reported sightings of the now 35-year-old in Philadelphia's Kensington section.

"Family members went down there to check it to no avail, it wasn't her. But they are still hopeful that she's alive and still in that area," said Montecalvo.

May this family get some kind of answers especially at this time of year.

Truly hope there have been sightings, but after all those years out there Bless her she can't look like that young mom we see in photos.

There seems to be some confusion over her last seen location. NaMus and Charley say near Girard Medical Center (8th & Girard) and every article with her mom says A & Allegheny. These are both in North Philly, but not the same location at all. 8th & Girard is in the Poplar neighborhood between Northern Liberties and Spring Garden. This is a neighborhood that has improved rapidly since the Richard Allen homes were torn down in 2003.

A & Allegheny is in the mouth of the dragon in the Kensington heroin neighborhood. In 2012, that would have been just a couple blocks from the heroin-addict tent city that operated along the train tracks in Kensington (that was dismantled just a year or two ago).

Caucasian female. Blonde hair, hazel eyes. Primavera's nose and ears are pierced.
