The victim's was struck by an automobile on I-76 Expressway in Bellmawr.

I found two MPs who look halfway plausible - neither of them have a pic up, though.

Lawrence Verdell (from Camden County, where the UP was found, but a different town - Lawrence is missing from Camden, UP died in Bellmawr, plus Lawrence had been gone two years before UP's death)

Doesn't look like Rascoe. I was able to find pictures of him from High School (Brooklyn Techincal - 1969) and College (Haverford College - 1973):

Just thought I'd point out that Camden and Bellmawr are very close to each other. If you look at their positions on a map you may think that is a far distance but in NJ distance, they are very close. You could easily get from Camden to Bellmawr in about 10-15min, depending on where you are coming from and where you are going to. That whole area is more or less interconnected, so I could totally see Verdell disappearing from Camden and making his way into Bellmawr.
