NJ State Police has a better photo (WARNING: PM) on their site, as well as a bit more about her physical appearance. No circumstances are laid out, however--she's referred to as a victim, but using the data set from Murderdata.org, I wasn't able to find a match. Given the way the scars are referred to, could this have been an OD? It'd be really helpful if we had more to go on. http://www.njsp.org/miss/ui_essex_u184663976a.html

There is no street called Eppit street in East Orange, However there is a empire street 77. Looks like a place perfect to dump a body since its neglected industral area, a dead end and close to 1-78 expressway. It'spossible sh was from PA or NJ, and just dumped in the area to complicate the investigation.

Namus says possible name Lorandra or Laranda. But with a ring bearing the letter Y maybe it was Yolanda?

I wonder how nameus came to that conclusion?

Maybe she's Laronda Bronson then, I can see some resemblance.

Carter dropped out of high school, and had her first child at age 15. At the time of her disappearance, she was allegedly leading a high-risk lifestyle and had some unsavory acquaintances. Her family believes she met with foul play, as it is uncharacteristic of her to abandon her children. Her case remains unsolved.

Maybe her kid that the initial starting with Y
