Gonzalez is being described as white/Hispanic with brown hair and brown eyes standing 5-feet tall and weighing 85 pounds, He was was last seen wearing red pants and a black shirt, police said.

According to this website, he went missing (for a third time?) in May 2017.

This is a problem with CT cases, there is a low number of follow up they are releasing and it is quite often hard to resolve.

I even assume, even the May 2017 missing is most probable resolved...
