PA - Police make 4 arrests in gang rape of woman, Middletown, 2005
Five or six Philadelphia men repeatedly raped a Middletown woman over a 12-hour period Wednesday night into Thursday morning after breaking into her apartment looking for drug money, police said Friday.
Four of the men were arrested late Thursday night and sent to prison Friday morning. Police said they anticipate more arrests in connection with the case.
Middletown detectives said 20-year-old Darale Harmon, 17-year-old Jiovanny Romero, 17-year-old Ivan Rivera and 21-year-old Joseph McCray were in search of drug money when they broke into a Middletown Trace apartment on Trenton Road sometime between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. Wednesday through a window.
The four men have been charged with 18 different criminal offenses including rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and kidnapping. The four, including the two juveniles who have been charged as adults, were sent to Bucks County prison on $3 million bail each.

Why is it that when a custodial parent fails to provide for a child it is called neglect and is a criminal matter. But when a non custodial parent fails to provide it is called failure to support and is a civil matter?
