What about Rochelle White? https://www.findthemissing.org/en/cases/5517/https://www.findthemissing.org/en/cases/5517/. She has brown hair and height is only off by a couple of inches. Age is within estimated range. Facial shape looks similar. However, she went missing from California and was due in court for divorce proceedings the day after she went missing. Seems strange she would end up across country and leave before finalizing her divorce. Time frame of her disappearance also fits. Did the doe wear glasses? There is not mention of glasses found with her belongings. If so, Rochelle also wore glasses.

Another possibility is Margie Snead. Her hair color is not listed but appears dark. Height is within 1 inch. She has a squared facial shape like the jane doe and age is within range. https://www.findthemissing.org/en/cases/20976/. The estimated date of death for jane doe is end of 1973 and Margie went missing in January of 1994.

I think his earliest known confirmed date is 1977. But there's no information at all about him before that. He might have been there.

I found a blog post that suggests maybe this is Rory Kesinger http://oakhillresearch.blogspot.com/2016/08/rory-kesinger.html

Hm, there is a certain resemblance and I think the stats line up. Rory's in Namus; let me see if I can find her.

eta: Yes, here she is https://www.findthemissing.org/en/cases/26809/3.

Age and height are in range, as is hair color. Pretty good facial match. I don't know why it says no dentals or DNA; they used both to rule her out as "the lady in the dunes." At least that's what the news reports said. I think this one's close enough to send in.
