There's that pesky "malicious intent" phrase again.

It's obvious to me that JRH said that for a reason.
Dearly beloved. We are gathered here today. To get through this thing called "life"

I hope that members can follow the rules and not be rude . I would hate the Mods to shut this down now as we are awaiting a verdict. Please agree to disagree.

Is the Judge likely to dismiss the jury today and have them begin deliberations tomorrow morning? Instructions seem to taking a long time.

Not unless the instructions and verdict form specify that they must

Is RH falling asleep? Someone needs to give him some coffee.

This charge is confusing. I'd need a big white board to be keep the felony murder and child cruelty charges clear.

Is the Judge fecken tired? This is where she should be completely sharp and focused. Poor jury.

For real, I think most jury instructions are beyond the plain understanding of most citizens.

If the jury instructions ever end, maybe they could appoint a foreperson, but that'd be about it, if that. (Their eyes must be glazed over by now.) But also, they won't have the written instructions until tomorrow. Idk if they can begin deliberations prior to getting the official instructions in writing.

Why is tomorrow a half day? How frustrating for everyone.

    ETA: oh, Election Day. Understood.

The poor jury. Their heads must be spinning hearing all of this endless legal overly technical mumbo-jumbo.....

Can someone repost the charges again? (I'm thinking someone has them handy.)

The sexting charges are completely unrelated to the other charges. The only predicate felonies are the child cruelty charges relating to Cooper.
RIP, Cassini. To her tireless overseers- job well done.
