The Toronto Police Service is requesting the publics assistance locating a missing man.

Mustafa Ahmadzai, 24, was last seen on Wednesday, November 30, 2016, in the Yonge Street and Steeles Avenue West area.

This mentions him as deceased, not sure if it's MSM enough. Page in OP is also gone. I also found a blog that mentions his body was found in Lake Ontario.
