SPD asking for public's help in finding man missing since Christmas

41-year-old Eric Wing of Shreveport was last seen on Christmas Eve in Shreveport.

His girlfriend Andrea Branscum, says the last eight days without him have been a living nightmare.

"My biggest concern is that he's dead," said Branscum, pulling no punches on her worst fear."He has been missing seven days. He's never done this in eleven years.

Oops.

A friend told police that Wing last was seen leaving his apartment home in the 1000 block of Quail Creek Road sometime Dec. 24.

Tentatively identified

Authorities believe a missing Shreveport man is the person whose body was found the morning of Jan. 15 in Red River.

They tentatively have identified him as 41-year-old Eric Allen Wing, the Bossier sheriff's office reports.
