An argument over a child's scooter led to the murders of two family members and the arrest of a third, Rock Hill Police said Friday.

Investigators charged Freddie Cunningham on Friday with two counts of murder and one count of attempted murder.

The bodies of Cunningham's brother, Theotis Rhinehart, and their uncle, William Cunningham, were found Thanksgiving Day in two different rooms of a house on South Stonewall Street in Rock Hill.

The suspect and one of the victims were part of a family of ten brothers and sisters.
