DC Police Release Video of Shooter Who Killed Grandmother in Wheelchair

D.C. police have video of the person who shot and killed a grandmother riding her motorized wheelchair in her own neighborhood.

Vivan Marrow, 68, died after she was caught in gunfire Monday morning on the 2400 block of Elvans Road SE.

Video released Wednesday by the Metropolitan Police Department shows the suspected shooter. Police described him as a black male who has a slim build and appears to be left-handed.

Very disturbing.

Hopefully, the man he was chasing will come forward to ID him. That man would certainly gain from having the shooter locked up. If he is worried about incriminating himself, all he needs to do is text the anonymous tip line @ 50411.

As far as the police presence, Commander Regis Bryant of 7D said investigators are close to solving this case and have had to change tactics with some undercover operations to develop those leads.
