Police arrested a group of men accused of repeatedly sexually abusing a boy while dressed up as "furries" in Bucks County.
Kenneth Fenske, 57, of Quakertown, Bucks County; David Parker, 38, of Stroudsburg, Monroe County; Jeffrey Harvey, 40, of West Wyoming, Luzerne County; Craig Knox and Stephen Taylor were all arrested in connection with the case.

Well, they should "leak" what they're all in prison for and prison justice will give them their just punishment. There's just no better way to put it than that with this animals.

9 years old. :( So very sad.
I use to think it was kinda funny cute when my boys were much younger than 9 to read books along the lines of bad touch/good touch. The characters in the books were animals and if I recall...one of the animals always wanted to touch the squirrels bushy tail. It's been 20 years or so and I am not sure if my review is correct but dang. A gentle approach using animals that could actually be real life!

No - the article states that the investigators said the abuse started in 2009 when the boy was 9. The boy just now reported the crime(s).

KENNETH FENSKE, a POI in "PA FURRY SEX RING" has an address in Quakertown PA (2724 N Old Bethlehem Pike, Quakertown, PA) which is very close to 990 E CHERRY ROAD (Grace Packer Murder Scene). JEFFREY HARVEY, a POI in "PA FURRY SEX RING" has an address near the location where Grace Packer's remains were discovered. Jeffrey Harvey, 40, lives in West Wyoming, Luzerne County, PA. Grace Packer's dismembered body was discovered near Francis Walter Dam in Luzerne County, PA on Oct. 31, 2016. Pure speculation, for what it's worth. I thought this may be of interest.
 
About 10 yrs ago, there was an article about "furries" in Vanity Fair. It's a sexual fetish, not a cute hobby to dress up and have fun or entertain others. While consenting adults are free to do as they wish in the privacy of their own homes, this incident shows there are some dangerous, sick people involved in these sex groups.

Parents, grandparents, etc. should be careful not to allow kids to hang around these groups, no matter how much fun their costumes and characters are. Definitely never take them to "furry" events or conventions.

ETA 2: One of the men arrested seems similar to one of the men, named Kenneth, interviewed in the 2001 VF article. From a small town in PA, into bestiality, etc.
 
They absolutely destroyed this boy's childhood. I am so upset by this :(
 
Who lets their kid go off with some guy he doesn't know? One being paid in cash/drugs, perhaps?
 
What is really sick about this case - paedophiles will stop at nothing to gain access to children.

Convict them, let them live in the general population with the murders and gangsters, get the word out on their crime. Perhaps make them wear their cute little costumes too. That should do it. Will someone please start a go-fund me for the boy?!

Fenske, 57, of 2724 North Old Bethlehem Pike, Quakertown, arrested Friday and charged with multiple counts of child rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, and unlawful contact with a minor. Each of the charges are first-degree felonies. Fenske was arraigned before a Bucks County magistrate and ordered held on $750,000 bail.
  • David Parker, 38, of Stroudsburg, Monroe County, faces charges of child rape and related counts, including possession of child *advertiser censored*.
  • Jeffrey Harvey, 40, of West Wyoming, Luzerne County, has been arrested and charged in Lackawanna County with unlawful contact with a minor, criminal use of a cell phone, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and statutory sexual assault.
  • Craig Knox, who was arrested and charged with sexual offenses in Virginia. He has been extradited to Pennsylvania, where he is being held in Luzerne County.
  • Stephen Taylor has also been arrested in Virginia in connection with the case.

What exactly is the speculation? I am not familiar with the details of that case. But I thought her adoptive mother and her boyfriend killed her...?
