Police said officers searched Chadwick's apartment and found evidence to suggest her disappearance is suspicious.

Relatives said it's unlike Chadwick to disappear, and that she has a 4-year-old child who she didn't pick up...

Police said teams were set to search Wednesday for Chadwick in the area of Herring Run Park.

Baltimore police search for woman, boyfriend

Police said later in the afternoon that investigators began searching for Chadwick's boyfriend, Marco Jamal Holmes, 22. Police said he hasn't been seen or heard from in several days. Police said investigators are concerned about his well-being and want to talk to him in reference to Chadwick's disappearance.

“We believe she was murdered inside her apartment in Parkside Gardens, then the killer committed the equally disgusting act of discarding her body in a wooded and rugged terrain,” says Smith...

“We do believe that Holmes was one of the last people to see her alive,” says Smith. Police say there were domestic problems in the past.

Police believe Holmes could be in a blue Nissan Infiniti with a license plate of 9CS 0691.

Working off tips and through detective work, authorities found Holmes inside a Northeast Baltimore home and took him into custody without incident...

He has not been charged with any crimes related to the disappearance or murder of Chadwick last week and the investigation is ongoing.

She was found wrapped up in bedding in the park's wooded area with a gunshot wound to the head.
