Georgia authorities open homicide investigation

MADISON, Ga. - The body of an unidentified woman was found in east Georgia's Morgan County, police said.

Authorities are trying to identify the body and suspect the death is a homicide, said John Bankhead, spokesman for the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.

The woman's body was found Sunday clothed in a North Carolina Tar Heel jacket embroidered with the name "Miles." She was between 35 and 45 years old and has short brown hair and gray eyes. Her top teeth are missing and an autopsy showed she had brain surgery. A rosary was found on the body.

Body in Morgan County may be missing Va. woman

Police say a body found in east Georgia's Morgan County may be that of a missing Virginia woman.

Police in Chesterfield, Va., say 43-year-old Debra Ann Dressler has been missing since her husband — 59-year-old Richard Wayne Dressler — was found stabbed to death at his home on Saturday.

Investigators believe the two recently had separated but had had contact in the days before Dressler was killed. They have not named a suspect in the case.

Authorities had been searching for Dressler's wife for questioning when her car was found early yesterday in Louisiana.

Thanks for the link. Wow, I know this is mean but those women look like men!

So I wonder if they murdered her and she murdered her husband?
